RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY:

We currently DO NOT offer refunds on any items. We will gladly accept an item for an exchange or store credit IF APPLICABLE/ACCEPTABLE.

TAVATA CO offers returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt of your package. The item must be in the same condition with original packaging in which it was received (NEW, UNWORN, NOT VISIBLE MAKE UP OR DEODORANT ON ITMES).

The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs and packaging. We will pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc)

To return your package, please email us at hello@shoptavata.com and you will be given a return address to ship your item to. Once the package has been received, you will be informed and once all requirements are met, you will be issued an exchange or store credit. If the item is NOT returned in new condition, your credit will NOT be issued. 

NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
